The One Day Course covers:
DATS One Day Weldable Strain Gauge training course covers all you need to know to understand weldable strain gauge theory including: what is a strain gauge, weldable & non weldable strain gauge history and development, construction and geometries, weldable strain gauge instillation theory, differences between weldable and non weldable strain gauges, weldable strain gauge wiring theory, how to set up a datalogger and collect data, coatings and longevity.
The Two Day Course covers:
DATS Two Day Weldable Strain Gauge training course covers everything that is included in the one day course plus all of the practical exercises needed for you to put your knowledge into action including: practical application of weldable strain gauges, how to correctly weld a weldable strain gauge ad best practice, wiring of a weldable strain gauge, datalogger connection, collect strain gauge data on test piece. bridge theories and geometries.
Optional third day : this optional third day addition to the two day training course includes everything from the previous two days plus both theory and practical applications on weldable strain gauge rosette instillation and associated calculations for principal stress, sheer stress and von mises.
